Part of the Council of Management & General Body since 2010, Mr. A N Jayachandra is Advisor, Special Projects and Initiatives in the Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, Bengaluru.

Gopi Venkataraman

Part of the General Body since Sep 2018, Gopi is an independent consultant for nonprofits and handles communication and outreach for TIDE since January 2018.

Hari Natrajan

Part of the Council of Management & General Body since 2011, Mr. Natarajan is an independent Energy Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, especially the clean energy and energy access space in India.

Dr. Shailaja Rao

Part of the Council of Management & General Body since 2004, Dr. Rao served as Regional Director, Centre for Environment Education (CEE), Southern Regional Cell, Bangalore until 2018. Currently she is a freelance consultant.

A N Jayachandra

Part of the Council of Management & General Body since 2010, Mr. A N Jayachandra is Advisor, Special Projects and Initiatives in the Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, Bengaluru. He has wide experience in administration of diversified Govt. supported organizations specially those involved in scientific research and NGOs. He has earlier served in the administration wings of Karnataka Agro Industries Corporation, Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology, Employees State Insurance Corporation and India Foundation for the Arts.

Bithi Agarwal

Part of the General Body since 2018, Bithi had worked previously with TIDE for four years. Since then she has worked in the area of GIS, mobile applications, E-learning and currently has co-founded The Foundation School with her husband, Ravi Venkatesam.

Dinesh Kagathi

Part of the General Body since 1994, Mr. Kagathi is a Renewable Energy professional with over 28 years’ experience covering all aspects of project life cycle with focus being on Solar, Biomass and Small Hydro verticals.

Part of the General Body since Sep 2018, Gopi is an independent consultant for nonprofits and handles communication and outreach for TIDE since January 2018.

Hari Natarajan

Part of the Council of Management & General Body since 2011, Mr. Natarajan is an independent Energy Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, especially the clean energy and energy access space in India.

Dr. Hoysala N Chanakya

Part of the General Body since 1994, Dr. Chanakya is the chief research scientist at Centre for Sustainable Technologies, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He has been a pioneer in the development of biogas technology for effective waste treatment and management.

K Ravichandran

Part of the General Body since 2016, Mr. Ravichandran is an independent Consultant in Energy and Water. Ravi advises TIDE on data & digitization and on sustainability protocols.

Dr. Rajagopalan S

Founded TIDE in 1993. Dr. Rajagopalan is a professor at International Institute of information Technology, Bangalore and member of TIDE’s General Body.

Sampath Kumar

Part of the General Body since 1994, Mr. Sampath Kumar is a Director at TIDE Technocrats Pvt. Ltd., and Prakruti Renewable Power Private Ltd.

Dr. Shailaja Rao

Sreenkanta Swamy

Part of the Council of Management & General Body since 2016, Mr. Swamy is a Fellow at Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology.

Sumathy Krishnan

Part of the General Body since 2016, Ms. Krishnan was the Executive Director of TIDE for 9 years . She is now a mentor for the operational team in executing programme conceptualization and delivery, fund raising and strategy planning at the organisation.

Svati Bhogle

Part of the Council of Management & General Body since 1997, Ms. Bhogle is Chairman of TIDE’s board and organiation mentor. She is also the Chairperson of Clean Energy Access Network (CLEAN).

Sonali Srivastava

Has been a part of TIDE since August 2021. She is a Development and Management professional; Founder and CEO of Anode Governance Lab and Director of Trickle Up Foundation.

Sruthi Krishnan

Has been a part of TIDE since August 2021. She is a writer and researcher, with a focus on participatory media. She is a co-founder of Fields of View, a non-profit research organization that creates tools to improve participation and decision-making in public policy.

Vinod Vyasulu

Part of the General Body since 1997, Mr. Vyasulu was professor and Vice Dean of Jindal School of Government and Policy. He earned a PhD from the School of Business Administration in the University of Florida. He has taught in the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Vishwanath S

Part of the General Body since 2003, Mr. Vishwanath is Director, Biome Solutions and Advisor at Biome Environmental Trust and Arghyam.

Anuradha S Nagaraj

Part of the team since September 2020, Anuradha handles front office, administration, and supports team during project implementation.

Arjun Kumar D

Is a part of the Integrated Water Management Team since March 2022. Assists in Planning & overseeing technical aspects of the project in the field.

Ashwin Kumar B

Is the Project manager of Integrated Water Management team since June of 2022 and leads project implementation.

Balaji Rao Gujjar

Part of the team since May 2015, Balaji is responsible for field execution and data management in Energy & Environment programs.

Dheepak Kumar

Has been a part of TIDE since October 2019 and handles implementation of interventions in the field for the Model School Program.

Ganashree KS

Part of the team since Januar 2021, Ganashree is part of the Integrated Water Management team handling technical activities, communications & documentation work.

Part of the team since September 2020, Jaswanth is part of the accounts & finance team and assist team in filing statutory complaince, accounting vouchers etc.

Part of the team since February 2021, Jyothi is part of the Gender & Livelihoods team and coordinates field activities at WTP.

Kiran B

Kiran has been working with TIDE from May 2019 and is part of Skilling and livelihood domain. He is also part of organisation strategy team.

Manjunath Hindiskere Chikkana

Part of the team since November 2003, Manjunath handles WTP coordination and field activities for TIDE’s programs.

Has been a part of the team since July 2022. She is the Assistant Manager of the Accounts & Finance and manages the Financial & Accounting operations.

Is a part of the Integrated Water Management team since April 2022. He oversees community mobilisation and field coordination.

Nishanth Karunakaran

Part of the team since June 2018, Nishanth provides technical assistance to the Biomass technologies team.

Premanath S.K

Part of the team since August 2020, Premnath is part of the Gender & Livelihoods team and coordinates the program implementation at Shimoga.

Pramod Deshpande

Is a part of TIDE since March 2022 . He is part of the accounts and finance team and assists in filling statutory complaints, accounting vouchers etc.

Santhosh has been a part of TIDE since 2017 and is currently the Deputy Director. He leads the Energy and Environment team.

Part of TIDE team from October 2022. She is the Manager of Biomass team, handling projects related to sustainable cooking and energy solutions.

Prahlad Kumar

Part of the Skilling and Livelihood team from January 2023 and is currently looking after field activities for the ‘Digital Entrepreneurship Program’.

Hansaprabha Potdar

Part of the team since November 2022, Hansaprabha handles the Environment Education Programs under the Model School Project for students in the Chennai region.

Suman Raj

Part of the team since January 2023, Suman is part of the Model School Program and conducts awareness sessions in Chennai schools.

Part of the team since December 2020, Rangaswamy is the Project Executive and handles project operations at the Women’s Technology Park.
