Chitra joined TIDE in March 2026, bringing her experience in environmental sustainability and project management to develop innovative, community-centric solutions that create sustainable livelihoods and positive social impact. As Project Manager – Skilling & Livelihood, she leads project planning, proposal development, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of livelihood, digital inclusion, and sustainability initiatives. Her professional interests include climate change, waste management, ecology, biodiversity conservation, CSR and sustainability, community development, environmental research, proposal writing, and environmental education.
