Gautam believes there is a tremendous opportunity to discerningly use technology and solve some of the most pressing problems in the sector. Encouraging expansive thinking as a way of life at TIDE, he steers the organization’s mission to serve communities, create livelihood opportunities, and build resilience.

As CEO, Gautam reports to the Board and serves as a member of TIDE’s General body. Committed to strengthening TIDE’s vision, he is spearheading the organization into its 4th decade of operations
Gautam is an avid reader in his quest to understand the confluence of science & spirituality. He loves to trek in the Himalayas and enjoys music from rock to Rabindra Sangeet. Gautam and his wife are supportive of animal welfare causes and enjoy spending time with their pets.
