Jyothi TB works at the Skilling & Livelihood portfolio. Her core responsibilities include community mobilization for awareness sessions and skill trainings, data collection. She also looks after day-to-day functioning of Manini SHG rural mart, a TIDE-NABARD initiative to support women SHG members. Prior to joining TIDE, she has worked for 13 years in BAIF looking after Women Self Help group formation and financial credit access. In her leisure time, she like to read books and write stories.
