Kamala joined TIDE in February 2025 to contribute to meaningful social development initiatives and create a positive impact in rural communities through sustainable projects.

As Head of Community Initiatives, she leads CSR partnerships, proposal development, project implementation, and stakeholder coordination for sustainable livelihood, skilling, and climate action initiatives.

Her interests include community service, gender equality, research, training, counselling, continuous learning, sustainable development, and reading.
