Senior Manager: Skilling and Livelihoods
A deep belief in designing and implementing programs that are for the community and by the community guides Kiran's work at the Skilling and Livelihood portfolio.
Handling complete program implementation, his core responsibilities include project planning, task allocation, M&E, reporting, and funder management.
In addition to his everyday role, Kiran is a key member of TIDE’s strategy team and helps think through the organization’s strategic growth plans.
Before joining the development sector, Kiran worked for five years in the Petrochemical industry. His main motivation for shifting to the development sector was to create an impact that benefits underprivileged communities.
In his leisure time, Kiran enjoys cooking and watching movies.
