Rekha joined TIDE in May 2026 to gain experience across diverse sectors while developing a deeper understanding of NGO strategies and initiatives focused on climate change mitigation and adaptation.

As Project Accountant, she oversees and manages the financial planning, tracking, and reporting for the Integrated Water Management (IWM) Project, supporting accuracy, compliance, and optimal resource utilisation.

She is passionate about continuous learning and exploration and enjoys sports and experiencing diverse forms of music.
