Roshni joined TIDE as a Communications Designer in January 2025, bringing her background in architecture, planning, and visual communication to strengthen the organisation’s storytelling and outreach.

At TIDE, she works across content curation, communication strategy, graphic design, and the development of visual and digital communication materials, translating programs and their impact into clear, engaging narratives. Her work spans social media posts, reports and publications, presentations, project communications, and other communication collateral across TIDE’s programmes.

Outside of work, she enjoys sketching and painting, practising yoga and reading books.
