Shilakumari handles program implementation of the Rural Placement Centre. Her core responsibilities include project planning with team members, implementation, and data collection. Shilakumari also looks after market exploration and skill trainer mapping. Before joining TIDE, she worked for 5 years in the Skill department, collaborating with government and private organizations. Shila also held positions in the Board of Technical Education and Polytechnic as a Lecturer and HOD for 10 years. In her leisure time, she enjoys sketching, drawing, and reading books.
