Silambarasan joined TIDE in August 2026 with a keen interest in contributing to impactful education programmes and creating positive social change through community development.

As Project Coordinator, he coordinates and implements school education programmes, facilitates stakeholder engagement and training, and supports project monitoring to strengthen learning outcomes.

His areas of interest include training and facilitation, community development, project management, environmental sustainability, volunteering, and continuous learning.
