Vinaya joined TIDE in May 2026 to explore opportunities in CSR and contribute to impactful projects, with a focus on ensuring that project deliverables achieve recognition at both national and international levels. As Project Manager, she leads carbon calculation methodology and sustainability planning for the Net Zero Village Project. An environmental and sustainability professional, she has expertise in WASH, rural sanitation, waste management, ESG, and community development, with skills in programme implementation, sustainable infrastructure planning, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and environmental compliance. She is committed to delivering measurable social and environmental outcomes through innovative, community-centric solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, culinary exploration, and reading.
